The project is located in Anping County, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Its construction area is 40,000 square meters. The whole project is a prefabricated public building. The central roof uses a 100m × 100m space orthogonal grid tube truss structure system. It is an important cultural public building for Anping County to build "China horse city".
